2. Krikex.com Partner: – This Also includes the Cab Drivers, Taxi Driver, Auto Drivers etc. Signed up to use krikex.com to provide customer local taxi convince or taxi services in the city/Town.

3. Mobile App: – Any Person wish to use the services available through Mobile App Named Krikex.com : Cab Taxi and Auto, Will sign up using his email address and mobile number. The App Will Collect user location to provide accurate and available service as per availability at the time. The App will facilitate customer to either use taxi / Cab services as per choice and availability of Services in the City/Town.

4. Website:-Website means hear online available platform at address cab.krikex.com or https://cab.krikex.com is here available to provide details of cab services in the city and provide releted information for the easeness to use our App for Customer and Partner (Driver / Vehicle owner). Here partner and customer both are agree to use this platform as per mutually agreed terms and conditions.

5. Services: – service hereby referred to booking of cab / taxi or Auto bike through mobile app

Krikex.com platform is not real service Provider for example service provider like taxi / cab provide , But make available only a platform where service provider provides its services to customers registered on this platform and charges the platform fee.

A customer hereby agree with following terms and conditions to use krikex.com platform on either Mobile App (Google Play, iOS or indus App or others) or Website…

This agreement automatically accepted by user as soon as customer create his account on krikex.com server. Please read carefully all terms and conditions, If you are not agree with any of terms or condition, please do not register on krikex.com.

Krikex.com mobile app facilitate customer to book a taxi ride available in their area if Services of Krikex.com has been started in that area at defined time. Any of these services may be stopped or hold for a particular time or permanently for any reason, for which Krikex.com or company does not hold any legal liability.

To use the services of krikex.com you must not be minor but above 18 Years to accept these terms and conditions or of legal age to commence this agreement.

To use the services of krikex.com customer has to create his account on the server of krikex.com through mobile app or website whichever is applicable. Following Details may be collected

Customer is expected to provide true information while creating its account. Krikex.com will process Customer information based on information which customer provide, customer is fully responsible for to change in its account information, if there is any update or change. Krikex.com or krikex.com partner will not be responsible in any manner if any damage or loss is caused to customer due to wrong information is provided, as customer is a sole author to update information for its account.

• By creating Account on Krikex.com Platform, Customer provide consent to use customer’s data to provide them better services.

• The Account Created by Customer is non transferable and can not be transferred to any third party. By creating account on krikex.com platform you are hereby agree to receive communication regarding important announcement, booking updates, Marketing of products, notifications for order and its delivery updates, ride details and its process.

• Customer can be blocked for using Krikex.com platform mobile app or website for violating any terms and conditions or any misrepresentation.

• The Previous order details can be seen through mobile app , where customer has made booking for services.

• After each booking customer will receive booking details on his email address and /or mobile number provided at the time of account creation.

• Each Booking made by Customer does not guarantee the service supply, which availed by customer, there may be possibility of online Server error, Krikex.com Partner availability in that area or any other reasons. Please confirm always at the previous time of services if booking availed in advance. If any such thing happens Krikex.com or company has no legal liability in any manner. However, Krikex.com will try to provide any alternate similar option available at the time. Any Money deducted will be return back to customer after checking the whole incidence for error if any genuine problem from krikex.com server or krikex.com partner without any interest.

• The cab / taxi ride can be booked by customer through the mobile app as per availability of the Krikes.com Partners based on their vehicle type. The app will present available vehicle type krikex.com partner to customer and customer can book as per his choice. The ride fare will be applicable as per vehicle type.

• The Customer hereby agree to pay his ride fare either in cash or digital form as per available on the app. The fare may be different as previously shown if assist to follow different geo path from assigned by the server. The customer will pay entire amount to krikex.com partner.

• There may be a cancellation charge if the customer cancels his booked ride after reasonable time as provided time to time.

• There may be some Surge Charges for taxi / cab ride if number of booking requests are larger than a routine number of bookings in the area to serve better.

• A ride fare by taxi / cab will calculated according to the base fare, distance travelled and time taken during ride and it will be presented to customer by the mobile app before the ride start. the base, per kilometre, waiting time, ride time will be applicable according to general fares of cab or govt. approved rate if any in that area. Starting ride with the krikex.com Partner will ensure to fare accepted by customer and to be paid at the end of ride.

• The customer can rate their rides from 1 to 5 star. Customer can also give tip amount to delivery person to encourage them but this is not mandatory.

• Krikex.com Partner can also rate the customer behavior and their experience from 1 to 5 star. Going below rating of 3.5, Customer will see slightly high fare as compared to normal until they reach 3.5-star rating. Customer can be denied using krikex.com Platform when their rating goes below 2.0. Star Rating will be calculated on average of at least 10 ratings.

• In taxi / cab ride order amount includes ride fare and government taxes as applicable. The final amount can be round off to the nearest digit for proper handling.

• krikex.com may vary or amend or change or update these Terms, from time to time entirely at its own discretion. You shall be responsible for checking these Terms from time to time and ensure continued compliance with these Terms. Your use of krikex.com Platform after any such amendment or change in the Terms shall be deemed as your express acceptance to such amended/changed terms and you also agree to be bound by such changed/amended Terms

• customer agree that any submission made by him on krikex.com platform, becomes property of krikex.com. Customer cannot claim his/her proprietary information or submission.

• Customer bank / Card details will not be saved on Krikex.com platform. Whenever customer made online payment, Payment will be done through UPI QR Code or Payment gateway Authorized by Reserve Bank of India. As per latest guidelines Any card details to be Tokenize on the Payment gateway, so that there will be no need to again enter full details of Debit or credit card.

• Customer in its submission cannot use comment, language or abusive language which is barred by law. Krikex.com keeps right to take action on it.

Prices:-

It is important for visitors of www.krikex.com to note that prices displayed for the Products and Services are subject to change without prior notice and may not be final until full payment is made at the end of the booking process. The prices displayed may also be inclusive or exclusive of various taxes . Availability of Services can also change at any point in time,

Booking And Payments:-

The privacy and security of customer information is of utmost importance to Krikex.com. The App does not store credit/debit or any other payment card details of customers in their database or in any data backup system. The payment process is carried out securely through a Researve Bank of India Approved Payment Gateway channel , and Krikex.com does not take responsibility for any misuse of credit cards by anyone.

Krikex.com acts as an agent for third-party providers and distributors for all services purchased through the website or App. By accepting the products and services offered on the website, customers enter into a contract with the third-party providers and/or distributors and/or Krikex.com. Customers are obligated to complete such transactions and are prohibited from indicating acceptance of purchase if they do not intend to complete the transaction.

In case a user books online service using a credit/debit/gift card that is not directly in their name, Krikex.com reserves the right to cancel or hold the service until proper verification is provided. The user must send a copy of the card used, a photo identification card of the person in whose name the card is, as well as the person in whose name the services are being provided, and an authority letter from the credit/debit/gift card holder.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Krikex.com reserves the right to declare the transaction as fraudulent and cancel or hold the service provided. Cancellation charges may be applicable before any refund is processed.

Amendment to booking and Purchase :-

It is important to note that the terms and conditions for amending bookings or purchases may vary for each product and service. Therefore, it is recommended to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions related to amendments before making any booking or purchase.
